Awesome work environment, strong work ethics instilled, good job security, better than average salaries.
Middle management, especially in Indian centers, is inept and can't retain talent. Middle management loves bickering with employees. Chances of promotion and IJPs are solely dependent on your brownie points tally with the middle management. There are people who have been at the same role for 10 years.
HR needs more teeth in India.

The process went smoothly and I cleared all the rounds, but I didn’t receive an offer in the end because the company informed me that hiring for this role is currently on hold.
