The process was pretty straightforward. I had a telephone call with the computer scientist, followed by an onsite discussion with four other team members. They did not ask any difficult questions, sticking instead to very general inquiries.

The hiring manager had a phone interview with me for about 50 minutes. Basically, he wanted to check whether my experience fit their requirements. He asked me what my feeling was about code improvement tools such as Cursor.

The interview process was rescheduled multiple times. I completed two rounds of interviews, shared my experience, and answered all questions, but I was still not moved to the next round. It's unclear what they were looking for.
