Once a great company, too much M&A / offshoring
Good benefits, salary, if you can keep them. It used to be engineering/design centric like Apple. It suffered under the invasion of the MBAs.
M&As, offshoring. When I left, it was more like Microsoft: even marketing flying coach, the bulk of development offshored to Eastern Europe, China, or India. Bureaucracy.
Try to go back to your engineering roots. Pick ONE direction and go with it for more than 2 quarters.
