Free lunch and dinner. Shuttle from the nearest metro station in Noida. Team parties. Work-life balance is satisfactory.
If you're joining just for the name of Adobe, please step back and look for another offer. Only join a temporary position if it's the last option for your survival.
The work assigned to temporary staff is often considered worthless, offering no learning opportunities even after a year. This can create significant problems when searching for jobs elsewhere.
Getting a permanent position is always difficult. If you join a small team, your prospects will depend on your performance, hard work, and, obviously, your manager.
There are no appraisals directly from Adobe; they depend on the agency you're coming from. However, based on data from previous and current employees, appraisals are typically between 3-5% annually.
My only advice is to think twice and compare your current job with this opportunity before joining. Don't just go by the name.
Treat temp workers the same as permanent workers in terms of work. They are also your employees.
The process went smoothly and I cleared all the rounds, but I didn’t receive an offer in the end because the company informed me that hiring for this role is currently on hold.
One written and 3 technical rounds. Had a face-to-face round in the office. Comprised of both hard and easy questions, technical and behavioral, and also logical reasoning. The 5th round was the HR round.
The process was difficult and included many LeetCode medium questions. These questions focused primarily on dynamic programming, graphs, and trees. Prepare these topics well in advance for the interview.
