No value for QAE. Manager keeps saying you are not adding any value; you're easily replaceable.
Any contract person can replace you, and blah, blah. I felt like I was being mentally harassed, and no one cares. I had to resign in 9 months without having any offer in my hand.
Managers with a god-father in the company have very good growth, and no actions are taken against them either. I had a very bad experience at Adobe.
Every problem is in management.
