Nice salary package. The management and HR quickly take action when encountering problematic coworkers. Work schedule flexibility is highly encouraged, but not overworking. (They see the value in people long term.) They take care of their employees' needs.

It's kind of difficult to go up, but I found that's the case for bigger companies. With many employees on site, it's hard to see the bigger picture regarding your own services, as there are many "strings" and things are in a never-ending change.

Please review the interview process, especially when talking about seniors. Make it more about logical and critical thinking than algorithms they find on LeetCode. Let them out of their comfort zone a bit. It is not enough to read a number of books to be a senior, especially when you refuse to help your colleagues if there is something outside your books and then shame them for not knowing.
