Nice and chill people; you learn a lot of things.
I do not have any cons.
Two interviews and a quiz. The quiz was pretty straightforward, followed by a technical interview about general CS concepts, and finally a manager interview, about my previous working experiences, projects, my goals, and teamwork.
1 screening technical interview on the phone (45 min) 1 in-depth technical interview on video call (2.5 hours) 1 behavioral/culture interview (with manager + HR) (1 hour) Everything went smoothly. After all the interviews, there was one more video
Very nice and relaxed. A lot of questions were basic, designed to let the interviewer know that you can think logically. The coding problem was easy-medium. Topics: * Multithreading * OOP * Exceptions * OOP principles
