Adobe has great benefits. The San Jose office is a nice place to work; there's a gym, multiple cafeterias, and rooms you can book for focused work, etc.
In my particular internship, I did not receive a lot of direction from management. As a self-starter, that was okay for me, but it did lead to a lot of rework.
Figure out what you need before you request an intern.
Have a clear goal in mind and provide that on day 1.
