Helpful yet hectic
The people and the environment are very helpful for most teams. There are a few nutjobs that will probably test you. They promote learning and ideas.
Salary growth is very slow. There is a lot of competition at the top if you want to rise up quickly.
Work pressure can be high sometimes.
Innovation should be expected from everybody. Demarcating roles in 2025, in my humble opinion, is dated.
