It is hard to move around or out of a Quality Engineer role into something else. It is impossible to apply for other positions within the company; they won't even give you an interview.
Let people explore other interests within the company instead of keeping them where they are.

I received a call from HR and scheduled an interview for one week later. There were a total of 5 rounds. The first three rounds were online video interviews, mostly on DSA. After that, there were techno-managerial rounds.
