Excellent people to work with, amenities (in San Jose) second to none, and flexible schedules. Best place to work in the Bay Area.
My only complaint was with some of the other contractors. Some took advantage whenever they could.
Others were simply drones looking like they were doing something, but totally ineffective.
Keep treating people like human beings. You are great at this.
More scrutiny on hiring to get people who believe in the product(s) and won't hide behind 'miscommunication' whenever they don't do their job well.
