Overall, a good place to work
Good benefits, smart people, good work/life balance, lots of interesting technology to work on, and a generally supportive environment.
Too many management changes, seemingly arbitrary org changes. Communication and sharing should be better throughout the organization.
I would have liked more opportunities for professional growth and work more commensurate with my talents, interests, and abilities, particularly in my last year or so.
I did not feel my potential was being realized.
