Good growth opportunities. Good salary. Employee-friendly environment. No strict dress code or office timings.
When I worked with Adobe, they didn't have their own building, so infrastructure was a concern. Then there was no proper food court, though the company provides free lunch to employees. And there wasn't any company transport. I believe most of it is resolved, as they have moved to their own building in a different location.
Better transport facilities.
Transparent appraisal and bonus process.
The interview was face-to-face and lasted for an hour or two. There were 5 interviewers, and they asked me questions from different fields: electronics, software, analog design, and digital design.
There were a total of 4 rounds. Interviews were heavily based on problem-solving & testing, automation, and test plan creation. In each round, a DSA problem was asked along with testing concepts.
A convenient, 1-hour-long interview covered everything from DSA to project work and CS fundamentals. Some of my peers' interviews were stretched 20-30 minutes longer, but mine concluded on time. There were 2 DSA questions and questions related to all
