Quality Assurance Specialist Interview Experience - Amsterdam, North Holland

August 1, 2024
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The interview process was extensive, though not particularly challenging. To secure this role, candidates are required to go through five interviews, with intervals of one to two weeks between each. Overall, the interview phase can span one to two months. The final interview involves a meeting with a senior manager.

During my month-long interview journey, I was not provided with any information regarding the expected salary for the position. When I inquired, I was informed that the salary had not yet been determined. It seems unprofessional to invite candidates for multiple interviews without having clarity on the compensation package.

Additionally, the third interview involved a case study that included tasks beyond the scope of the job description, seemingly more relevant to a project manager role rather than the advertised quality officer position.
