Bad code practices.
Your experience will vary depending on your manager (mine loved to micromanage a lot).
The process is very arbitrary in any department.
It can be a bit of chaos to know who is responsible for some action.
They say they are hybrid, but they demand a lot of office presence.

I had one hour-long interview via LinkedIn at first, and then a get-to-know-you session and a coding test using HackerRank. There will be a technical interview, an Adyen formula interview, and leader + board interviews.
