Process

The interview process included:

A screening interview with HR
An interview with the Engineering VP
A System Design interview
A meeting with Product

The process was very well managed. I always knew the next step and what it entailed. Everyone was organized and seemed to know what they were looking for in an interview.

The System Design interview had a typical format. The Staff Engineer conducting the interview was knowledgeable and friendly.

Although I did not receive an offer, their HR provided very helpful feedback.

Cons: As the company and engineering team have scaled, cross-team communication can be challenging at times. Managing cross-cutting concerns that affect multiple teams requires significant coordination, which can occasionally slow down development velocity. It's a natural challenge for any organization, and it's good to see steps being taken in the right direction.
