The recruiter told me on July 5 that they had scheduled my first interview for July 25. On the date of the interview, I received an email stating they had already met their hiring targets for the quarter and could not proceed with my application at the moment.
That was a total lie, as I know their interview process takes months to finalize. Besides, I can still see their job posts on LinkedIn.
It was a total waste of time. For 20 days, they kept me in the interview pool and then, on the day of the interview, decided to inform me.
