Process

The interview process started in January. There were two interview sessions in one day, each lasting one hour, with the front-end development manager and the back-end development manager.

Mostly technical questions were asked, including web architecture and load balancing. There were several whiteboard questions, such as drawing a class diagram, coding and optimizing algorithms, and discussing previous development experiences.

I received a take-home test one week later. I had to wait five weeks after submitting the test. Then, I had another interview with a different development manager. Similar to the previous one, the questions focused on development experiences, web architecture, and simple coding. This time, they contacted me back one day after the interview.

Overall, the three interviewers treated me respectfully, but the process was quite bad. I had to call the recruitment coordinator several times to ask for feedback. They said they would provide an answer within a week, but I still received no answer. I continued to call once a week and received the same response.
