Applied online and received a call from HR for the first round of interview.

Shared previous experience and answered small coding questions with a friendly interviewer.

Received a take-home test. After its review, I got a call for another half-day interview session with one manager and an interviewer.

This session had two parts: coding questions and technical open-ended questions.

I was able to come up with solutions but could not finish them within the time limit. I answered the other open-ended questions.

One of the interviewers laughed at certain times when I was giving a wrong answer or did not know the answer.

It was expected that I would have broader knowledge and remember many things.

My second interview was scheduled for 1 hour later. After joining the second interview, the interviewer did not show up for around 15 minutes.

After sending an email to HR, they replied that the interview was canceled.

HR had nearly 1 hour to get feedback from the previous interviewers and inform the candidate.

However, they did not bother until I waited for nearly 20 minutes.

I believe this is the kind of respect the company gives to candidates.

Even if you have higher expectations, not all candidates may be at that level.

But please consider them as human beings.
