Might have pressure from PO/management to deliver fast with minimal test, but need to push back and take responsibility for higher software quality. Customer experience is the first priority.
We need to focus more on software quality for a better customer experience.
The first round went well. The second round was problematic. The interviewer didn't show up, and HR provided no communication. This was totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
The interview process consisted of: * Two coding interviews * One architecture interview * One general engineering/process chat The first interview was LeetCode-style, with two questions. One of these was the "longest palindrome in a string"
Totally the worst experience. If you don't consider me as a candidate, please DO NOT ask me to do an online assessment. I submitted the application on Nov 3, 2025, and completed the OA on Nov 10, 2025, with 70% required time and over 90% test cases.
