Process
I applied through a recruiter.
- Recruiter screening
- Hiring manager interview
I was ghosted completely after the hiring manager round, and there were no replies to follow-ups from the recruiter. In the end, I dodged a bullet on this company. I'd never want to work somewhere that treats people that way. It was just a perfect window into what employment there would be like.
