Pros: I love coming to work every day. The people are great, the food is delicious, and best of all, what we're working on is inspiring.
The office is beautiful and a pleasure to be in, and the company has maintained a great culture despite growing so quickly.
Cons: The building is still being renovated, so there is some construction noise and workspace is limited. When the rest of the building opens up, things should be much better.
