Airbnb is lively, engaged, and fun

Pros: Airbnb is such an enjoyable place to work. Everyone is connected to the mission of the company and enjoys working hard together.
Plus, the people are so fun and love to travel and plan trips together (with thousands of dollars a year supplied in Airbnb credit as a perk, it's a lot easier to do!).
Cons: There's a lot of work to be done maturing the policy and practices of the team, but it's progressing. It's also not completely clear what the best course of action for the most growth is, but I believe it will be in time.

Pros: Super smart colleagues, cool mission, love the product. I work in data infra (where Superset, Airflow, etc. were created) and am super happy.
Cons: The company needs to focus on its product roadmap to grow into its valuation.
