Process
Contacted by a recruiter, I talked with her about my past experience, and then she set up a phone screen. The phone screen was not too hard; it was a basic recursion question. After that, there were two Skype interviews that both involved implementing a graph to find the best path based upon some criteria. Both were only 45 minutes, so I barely even worked up a solution by the end of the interview. Overall, the experience was not that bad, but it was difficult.
