A recruiter emailed me a week or two after I submitted my resume online to set up an initial phone interview. The interview was scheduled for the following week.
The phone interview consisted of a shared CoderPad document. The interviewer was sometimes hard to understand, and I had to ask him to repeat himself quite a bit.
The questions didn't seem hard, but I was unable to finish the problem.
