The recruiter responded very quickly, and the interview questions were around average difficulty.
One of the questions I was asked was on Glassdoor. After asking around to other people who interviewed at Airbnb, it seems they got the same questions.
They did not ask about my background or any other technical questions; it was just one coding question per interview.
I had three 45-minute Skype calls. The recruiters were very friendly, but the interviewers did not seem to want to be there, and it was hard to understand them.
