The interview process was really challenging. After I submitted my application, I heard back that I didn't even get to the interview round, even though I attend an Ivy League. This made me really frustrated as to why I didn't get it.

Cons: Stock price always trades sideways. Growth is steady, but the company is having trouble expanding outside of short-term rentals.
