Process
Just post an OA link, and it needs to be finished in several days. After I passed all the test cases, two days later they said I did not match their team. I guess there are too many candidates.

Pros: I get to go to work and do what I love and am passionate about. For me, a small team, it almost functions like a startup within the company.
Cons: It's a large, fast-growing company. This can make it a challenge getting to know all of the new hires.

Pros: Nice office.
Decent work-life balance.
People are chill and friendly.
Cons: Company culture felt a bit phony at times.
I was just not personally interested in what Airbnb did as a company.
