Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within a week. A Codepad was used for the phone screen, and you were able to run the code. I was not able to hear the interviewer clearly, nor could the interviewer hear me, so I just wrote the code.

First, an online assessment, then a phone call asking me to explain my code. After that, there were two back-to-back phone interviews, and the last step was to go onsite to do interviews on coding and culture fit.

I was automatically given the CodeSignal ICA when I applied. It was a four-level assessment where you needed to solve levels one and two efficiently to be able to build upon it for levels 3 and 4.
