Pros: I enjoy the technical challenges. When we develop the system to the next level, which is more scalable and defined for the long term, we need to find a way to make sure the transition is smooth. Especially with a rapidly growing volume, it is critical to identify system bottlenecks quickly and design scalable solutions for both the short and long term. At the same time, we also need to develop new valuable features for our users. I definitely learned how to do prioritization and keep a good balance between these. Also, I quite like the lunch tradition, and there are 1-2 good places we will grab food from. It has become a routine now that we go there together 3 days a week. By the way, you can also work remotely for 1 month every year.

Cons: I feel some of the user-facing product don't have sufficient data points that support our decisions, and the trackers are not organised very well.
