- Quite a lot of smart people with sharp thinking and fast-paced execution.
- Blaming culture causes wide risk-averse behavior.
- Some top leaders easily get emotional, and you need to highly index the understanding of top leaders' needs and intentions.
- Control without context: Some top leaders are overtrusting their raw intelligence instead of gathering information bottom-up, operating in a top-down style and detaching from details at the same time, which creates biased decisions and meddling management.
