I applied online and HR contacted me directly.

There were three rounds of technical discussions followed by one or two managerial rounds.

Technical discussions were focusing on Java and a bit of easy algorithms.

This is a technical lead position, so expect some managerial questions as well (I was not prepared for that).

I was told the result was positive, but HR went cold after the interviews.

Usual Java questions.

Design: preferring inheritance over composition.

Binary tree traversal questions.

String manipulation algorithms.

System design concepts, etc.
