Very good Mediclaim policy with provision for no questions asked medical insurance for parents/spouse. 3. Wellness days as per US standards and a good number of leaves for work-life balance. Transport facility for WFO employees. 4. Freedom to pursue your career goals. Nobody really stops you from doing any level of in-depth work or adding to your skills. You can excel as much as you want, as you get a good amount of time for learning. 5. Most of the India workforce works remotely. Quarterly meetup events help familiarize the teams belonging to a particular city. You can WFO as well if you live in Bangalore or have a WeWorks nearby.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Pros: Cutting-edge technologies, complex algorithms, and data analysis to work.

Cons: Corporate events moderate counts sometimes.

Pros: Work-life balance is a good perk. Part of it is good.
