Supportive management.
Great labs and learning resources.
Too many managers. Too many program/project managers.
Teams are too siloed and narrow.
Very slow to move because of trying to be politically correct and trying to build consensus.
Bigger acquisitions. Try to scale operations and all the stuff that allows the company to scale.
Periodically let go of weak performers, bad influencers, or whiners. A lot of times people in non-US geographies are not let go as the cost impact is low. However, this results in bad influencers lingering around.
