The company benefits are excellent.
Not much of a great place to work.
HR Telephonic (semi-technical, for 30 minutes) Project Manager Telephonic (technical, 30 minutes) 4 hours of onsite. This was a waste of time. They asked the same questions again and again, and a few people didn't know what they were talking about.
Their recruitment process is very strange. First, a university recruiter from Cambridge, MA sent me an e-mail asking if I had the skills they required for this position - understanding of networking protocols, experience in JavaScript, PHP, CSS, etc.
Scheduled an on-site interview with the team lead. The interviewer discussed what the team does, asked specific questions about C++, and inquired about past projects. The interview lasted 45 minutes as scheduled.
