Akamai is an evolving industry with great traction in the market. Earlier in Security and Content Delivery, which are still the core of the organization, but they are shaping themselves and putting direct competition against the giants in cloud service with their own Akamai Connected Cloud.
With this, and being in the Application team, we get to work on great projects with good learnings. With a talented team backing and supporting.
Apart from that, as an employee, work culture and employee benefits are great. And it's fully remote.
None as far as I have experienced.
Find ways to motivate and keep employees happy. This may be through goodies and freebies.
Because employees from competitors have them, something to show off that Akamai is great.
