Process

The interview process began with an initial coding challenge available to university students. This was followed by a 45-minute phone technical interview, and then an onsite interview.

The phone interview included a bit of small talk, followed by an interactive coding session where one complicated question was asked.

The onsite interview consisted of a morning challenge, a technical interview, a code review, and a short behavioral interview with HR. The technical interview was design-focused with minimal pseudocode.
