Pros: So many opportunities. The main part of the job is to, of course, be technologically sound, but there's a whole lot more to it. You get to speak at events, organize events. It's a client-facing role, so you get to work on your communication, interpersonal, and salesy skills as well. All this while working with the best minds in the cloud computing industry and being at the forefront of technology!
Cons: The only caveat I see is sometimes you would find yourself working too much, as there's so much to do, so it could be quite overwhelming. So, you have to be a hard worker. But in return, you get to learn a lot of skills, as mentioned in the pros. So, in my opinion, that handwork/overwork is well worth it in the long term.

Pros: Strong work-life balance, perks, great coworkers and management.
Cons: Small benefits like free espresso drinks and Uber/Lyft to the office are being taken away. The 401k matching could be much better.
