The process started with one technical interview (45 minutes).
This was followed by four interviews with four different positions, each lasting 45 minutes.
Finally, there was an SHL numerical reasoning exam.
It took a total of more than 5 hours, which was not worth the effort.

- Amazon has very high corruption inside the corporate.
- Unsafe to work for.
- No growth is allowed; you are stuck in your position.
- No relocation is allowed; managers are crazy and will not allow you to leave them.
- If you have any problem, it will be used against you. "TOXIC"

Pros: Corporate: It is possible to hide a lot of different benefits, like language courses, etc.
Possibility to travel to see other Amazon sites, etc.
Cons: Corporate bureaucracy is outrageous.
Salary is almost not growing. If you get some, you will get it in shares (but don't expect much even when you 'exceed expectations' at the end of the year).
