A long, arduous, rigid, and unfair selection process, where you must have total flexibility for the multiple interviews, which are conducted in both your native language and in English.
In my case, even with full availability to conduct the interviews, they were canceled at the last moment, further delaying the process. Ultimately, before the final interview, they notified me that because they needed to select someone urgently, they hired the first person who completed all the interviews, discarding me without even giving the rest of the candidates the opportunity (if only out of respect).
Coincidentally, without completing the final interview, I was offered the position at another center in the territory.
