Process

The interview was friendly. The coding portion consisted of one easy and one difficult question.

The face-to-face part was coordinated. Overall, it seemed I didn’t pass the behavioral aspects, but in all, it was a good experience.

Exciting Tech but not the best culture

Data Engineer • Current Employee

Seattle, Washington, United States

Pros: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge tech. Working alongside smart people is always exciting. There are a lot of good internal resources to help you grow.

Cons: Compensation is not the best compared to the amount of effort one puts in. The culture may not be great, and work prioritization is more promotion-driven than customer-obsessed. Long-timers get preference over the best performers on the team. Your managers may not appreciate you challenging anything they say, and that will surely damage your chances of promotion.
