The interview process consisted of several rounds:

• CV review
• Phone screening
• Loop rounds (3, 4, and 5)

Despite performing well and confidently answering almost 95% of the interview questions, it appears that the Hiring Manager's preference was for candidates from Tamil Nadu, specifically Tamil speakers, so he could settle in Sydney.
