Process
There were 7 rounds in total, divided into 3 stages:
- Online Assessment: This stage featured behavioral and testing-related questions, requiring you to choose answers from provided options.
- Phone Screen: Included technical and Leadership Principles (LP) questions.
- Loop Interview: Consisted of 5 rounds.
Interviews are less technical and heavily concentrated on LPs. You will need to create many stories from your past experience, preferably from the last 2 years.
Questions
Questions came from LPs. Even after preparing two stories per LP, I had to repeat my stories because in each round I was asked around five LP questions.
