There were two phone screen interviews. One was with the hiring manager, and the other was with the Director. Both interviews were based on my resume and general questions like, "Why do you want to join AWS?"

After two weeks, I received an email for the final round of interviews (the loop). There were five interviews scheduled in one day. All of these interviews turned out to be behavioral, based on Amazon's Leadership Principles.

1. Tell me about a time when you did not agree with your manager's decision.

2. Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond your typical job responsibilities to help a customer.
