Process
First, you start with a call with the person who is doing the interview. After that, you have to do a coding challenge.
Although I passed the coding challenge, I guess my results weren't enough, since I didn't pass to the next step.

Safe and Diverse Work Culture focused on personal as well as career growth
Software Developer • Current Employee

January 19, 2023
Pros: I think the work culture is pretty safe and diverse. There is indeed a lot to learn from the leadership and how things work around in a "FAANG". It is definitely an honor for me to be able to work at a company like Amazon. Let it be in the aspect of personal growth or in the aspect of career growth, this is the place to be.
Cons: Cons: May feel a little overwhelmed in the beginning, but the learning curve is set so beautifully that you catch on in no time. So, maybe the initial few months.
