Pros: Good salary, great hiring bonus in the first 2 years, and receiving stocks in the first 4 years. Medical plan that includes dependents, car park, free coffee and snacks in the office, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Flexible schedule. The best notebooks are available, and it's easy to get anything I need. People are generally kind and help each other.
Cons: Working from the office five times a week. The building's neighborhood has heavy traffic and high prices. Besides, the office is next to a mall; good restaurants are within a 650-meter walk. I see more people being hired for higher positions than people being promoted from within.
