Pros: Fun and competent team members if you're lucky, backstabby rat race if not.
Office is good enough, typical loud open-office, but manageable.
Social events from time to time.
Can switch projects regularly.
Possibility to move to another country if you want.
Cons: Projects are table scraps from US-based teams, mostly rewrites or maintenance.
US teams are eager to "take" work once it's done.
Senior managers are ignorant or incompetent, reporting only "good numbers" to higher ups.
Promoting juniors boosts "growth" numbers, creating a glass ceiling for everyone else.
