Amazon claimed to have a fast process, but I had a two-hour tech screen and a prep call with a recruiter before a five-hour on-site. I only received a "yes" or "no" after I had to follow up. They emphasized behavioral problems and asked me to create a unique story for each of their leadership principles. In hindsight, winging it was my demise.
