As with any interview, it pays to be prepared.
It was very average in difficulty, with no surprises.
The interview followed an hour-long information session with sixteen other candidates.
After being called for an interview, only one or two people are selected from the group. This is followed by a long police clearance and drug test. After that, you are sent to Winnipeg for three weeks of training.
