Technical phone screen for a principal level engineering manager. The candidate was late and obviously stressed.
I couldn't understand his thick Chinese accent, especially as he spoke very quickly and quietly.
There were no introductions, and no time for questions at the end. He just continuously grilled me with zero emotion, like a robot.
